Privacy Policy
How NZM Auto Services collects, uses, and protects your information.
Last updated: August 25, 2026
1. Overview
NZM Services LLC, doing business as NZM Auto Services ("NZM," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit this website or use our repair, maintenance, body shop, towing, or fleet services, how we use it, and who we share it with. It applies to nzmservices.net and to the information we collect in the course of servicing your vehicle.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Contact information — name, phone number, email address, and mailing address, whether given to us in person, by phone, by email, or through the contact form on this Site.
- Vehicle information — make, model, year, VIN, license plate, mileage, and the details of the repair, service, or damage.
- Photos — photos of your vehicle or vehicle damage taken to document a repair or support an insurance or Turo claim.
- Insurance & claim information — policy number, claim number, and your insurer's or Turo's contact information, when we're working a claim on your behalf.
- Identity documents — where required by an insurer, Turo, or applicable law for a specific claim (for example, a driver's license copy on a Turo host/guest claim), we collect only what's requested for that purpose.
- Payment information — we do not store full credit card numbers; payments are processed through our point-of-sale or payment provider, who handles card data directly.
- Towing details — pickup and drop-off locations for a requested tow.
- Fleet account information — for fleet management customers, vehicle and service history associated with the fleet account.
We don't use website tracking cookies or third-party advertising/analytics scripts on this Site. Our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) automatically logs standard technical data — such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps — for every website visitor, which is normal for any website and is used only for security and reliability, not for marketing.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide the repair, maintenance, body work, towing, or fleet service you've requested.
- To prepare estimates and invoices, and to communicate with you about your vehicle's status.
- To process payment.
- To submit and manage insurance or Turo claims on your behalf, where authorized.
- To coordinate with towing partners or subcontracted repair, body, or collision shops when a job requires it.
- To keep the business records Florida law requires us to maintain for repair, towing, and lien transactions.
- To respond to inquiries submitted through this Site.
4. When We Share Your Information
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only when it's needed to do the work you've asked us to do, or as required by law:
- Insurance companies and Turo — claim details, estimates, invoices, and supporting photos or documentation, when we're handling a claim on your vehicle.
- Subcontracted repair, body, or collision shops — the vehicle and repair information they need to complete work we've referred to them.
- Towing partners — pickup/drop-off and vehicle details, if we subcontract a tow to another towing company.
- Payment processors — to process your payment.
- Lienholders and third parties with a legal interest in the vehicle — as required by Florida's notice-of-lien and notice-of-sale process for unpaid repair or storage charges.
- Government agencies or law enforcement — when required by law, subpoena, or court order.
5. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we collect, both on this website and in our shop's business records. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We keep repair, towing, and claim records for as long as needed to complete the related work, satisfy Florida recordkeeping requirements for repair and lien transactions, and resolve any related dispute or claim, after which we dispose of records securely.
7. Your Choices
You can ask us to review, correct, or ask questions about the personal information we hold about you related to a service visit by contacting us using the information below. If you've asked to be contacted for marketing or follow-up purposes, you can ask us to stop at any time.
8. Children's Privacy
This Site and our services are directed at adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children, and this Site isn't intended for use by anyone under 18.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or our services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
