This website (the "Site") is operated by NZM Services LLC, doing business as NZM Auto Services ("NZM," "we," "us," or "our"), a Florida limited liability company operating a full-service vehicle repair, maintenance, body shop, and towing business at 7429 NW 50th St, Miami, FL 33166. By using this Site or engaging NZM for service, you ("you" or "customer") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
NZM performs mechanical repair and maintenance, collision and body work, diagnostics and electrical work, and towing and roadside assistance, using our own technicians. For certain jobs — including specialized body, paint, or collision work — we may refer or subcontract work to third-party repair shops, body shops, or collision centers. When we do, we will tell you which facility is doing the work, and that facility's own warranty and service terms may apply in addition to ours. We also work directly with insurance carriers on covered repairs, including Turo host and guest claims, and provide fleet management services to commercial and rental-fleet customers under separate fleet service arrangements where applicable.
For any repair expected to cost more than $100, Florida law requires us to give you a written estimate before we begin diagnostic work or repairs, unless you've left your vehicle after hours or asked us to pick it up, in which case we'll contact you with an estimate once we've had a chance to look at it. No repair work begins without your authorization — verbal, written, or electronic (including authorization given through an insurance carrier or Turo on a covered claim).
Estimates are based on a visual inspection and the information available at the time. Once a repair is underway, we sometimes find additional damage, worn parts, or issues that weren't visible beforehand (this is common in collision and engine work). If that happens, we will contact you before performing any work or incurring any cost beyond the original estimate, except where you've given us standing authorization (for example, through a fleet agreement or an insurance/Turo claim workflow) to proceed with supplemental repairs up to a specified limit.
Payment is due in full upon completion of work and pickup of the vehicle, unless we've agreed to other terms in writing (for example, direct billing to an insurer, Turo, or a fleet account). We accept the payment methods posted at our shop. Amounts not covered by an insurer, Turo, or a fleet account remain your responsibility. Returned payments (bounced checks, failed charges, chargebacks made in bad faith) may be subject to a service fee to the extent permitted by law.
If a vehicle isn't picked up within a reasonable time after we notify you that repairs are complete, storage fees may accrue. Under Florida law (including F.S. 713.78), repair shops and towing companies have a lien on a vehicle for unpaid repair, towing, and storage charges, and may be entitled to sell an unclaimed vehicle to satisfy that lien after providing legally required notice to the owner, any lienholder, and any insurance company with an interest in the vehicle. We follow Florida's notice-of-lien and notice-of-sale process before taking that step.
Requested tow and roadside times are estimates, not guarantees — actual arrival can be affected by traffic, weather, and call volume. By requesting a tow, you confirm you're authorized to have the vehicle towed (as the owner, an authorized driver, or on behalf of an insurer or fleet account). We take reasonable care in handling and transporting vehicles, but our liability for a towed vehicle is limited to the extent of our applicable garage-keepers/cargo insurance coverage and applicable law; we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, or for personal property left inside a vehicle during a tow.
When we prepare an estimate or invoice for an insurance or Turo claim, that document reflects our assessment of the needed repairs — the amount an insurer or Turo ultimately approves may differ, and you remain responsible for any portion of the cost that isn't approved or covered. We'll work directly with your adjuster or claims contact where authorized, but the claim itself, and any dispute over coverage or payment, is between you and your insurer or Turo — NZM isn't a party to that policy or agreement.
We stand behind our work. Specific warranty terms and duration for parts and labor are set out on your written invoice at the time of service and may vary by the type of repair and the parts used (new, OEM, aftermarket, or used). Work performed by a third-party shop we've referred or subcontracted is covered by that shop's own warranty, not ours, unless we say otherwise in writing. Except as stated on your invoice or required by Florida law, we don't provide any other express warranty, and we disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent the law allows.
